The Tel Aviv market is one of the most complex and highly competitive markets. It is one of the fastest growing and officially the most expensive city in the world. Therefore, prices for long-term rental on it are very high.

There are 11 apartments in this building, and if you rent them out for a classic long-term lease, you can earn ₪2.094.000 per year. Using WelcanzaAI we predicted that we would be able to earn at least ₪3.227.000 per year, 1.54 times more.
