Project Economics
Our ROI calculations include all necessary one-time and fixed costs, from repair and legal support of the transaction to the apartment maintenance fee.
Economic calculations are made in a conservative way. They are based on current average market prices and do not take into account the increased demand for apartments with a unique design. Also, the calculations do not take into account the annual increase in the cost of rent by 5-10%.
